The first live qualifier for the EPEC was decided this weekend in Stuttgart
Two members of the German team are set and can look forward to a great weekend on Gran Canary

From the 10th to the 11th of April the free online poker school www.Jogar Poker OnlinePoker.net hosted the first live qualifier for the Grand Final of the Jogar Poker Online European Cup (EPEC) on Gran Canary in the beautiful city of Stuttgart. Via online tournaments on www.Jogar Poker OnlinePoker.net players can qualify for the freerolls taking place in Stuttgart, Dresden and Cologne. The first of these events took place in Sindelfingen near Stuttgart in the hall of the ‘Al Paradise’. Around 200 enthusiastic poker players participated in this first qualifier.
Every player fought till the last minute to secure their ticket for the final on the Canary Islands. With only four players left at the final table, Benjamin Rehm put two players all-in and subsequently eliminated both from the table. The last remaining player at the table
was Alexandre Sokolov, for both it was now certain: Together with Jogar Poker Online they will fly to one of Europe’s biggest freeroll tournaments in the Casino Costa Meloneras on
Gran Canary. The Grand Final of the EPEC will be held from the 21st to the 24th of May.
Players from fifteen European countries will poker for a prize pool of 100.000 Euro and will stay in the magnificent surroundings of the luxurious Lopesan Baobab Resort.
Everybody can still secure their place for this fascinating European poker event – the two other qualifiers will take place from the 17th to the 18th of April in Cologne and from the
23rd to the 24th of April in Dresden. At each stop two tickets for the EPEC final can be won.
